Very difficult to pull out the knobs to fold the scooter.Not comfortable on the back but very manuvable around the garden centre so on the whole OK for short spells

Iv purchased this scooter and it looks great but I can’t get it to fold down iv tried pulling the knob as stated in the manual and pressed on the seat but it won’t let me pull on the knob but it does unscrew any advice please
Ordered and delivered within 2 days along with a spare battery that I had to order direct from iCan Mobility. But they matched up the two orders and sent them together. Really pleased as just what I need for my cruise holiday next week.
It comes with all the storage you can possibly need, including a secret space for the spare battery if you have one, or other items if you haven't.
But for an extra £130.00 to go an extra 10 miles means the world to me as I find it difficult to walk any distance at all.
At £540.00 this buggy is a dream. A lot cheaper and you get more for your money than many others I have seen and have bought. I have used several different brands over the last 25 years. Thank you all very much.
