Refunds & Returns Policy

Return window: 30 days from delivery
Condition: Unused and in original packaging

How to return

  1. Contact info@icanmobility.co.uk with your order number.

  2. We will authorise the return and issue a returns reference.

  3. Package securely and arrange collection (if agreed).

Return costs

  • Non-faulty goods: customer pays return shipping (typically £40 for scooters/wheelchairs).

  • Faulty or damaged on arrival: we cover all return costs.

Refunds

We refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods by the same payment method.
If an item shows signs of use or damage beyond inspection, a deduction may be made to reflect the diminished value.

Exclusions

  • Custom-built or personalised equipment

  • Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g. seating cushions) once opened

  • Batteries if used or activated
