Terms & Conditions of Sale

Seller: Westcountry Fire Protection Ltd t/a ICAN Mobility (“we”, “us”)
Customer: the person placing the order.

1. Orders & Acceptance

Your order is accepted once we confirm dispatch. We may decline orders (e.g. stock errors or pricing mistakes).

2. Prices & VAT

All prices shown include VAT unless clearly stated as “VAT relief price”. Eligible customers may claim VAT relief after completing an HMRC-compliant declaration.

3. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through secure processors (Shopify Payments, PayPal). We do not store card details ourselves.

4. Delivery

Free mainland UK delivery on qualifying orders. Non-mainland areas may incur a surcharge. Delivery dates are estimates; we are not liable for courier delays outside our control.

5. Returns & Cancellations

You have a 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. We extend this to 30 days for unused goods. See our Refund Policy for details.

6. Warranty

Products carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. See our Warranty Policy for coverage and exclusions.

7. Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use or misuse of products. Nothing excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for breach of statutory rights.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
