About Our Products

Are your products suitable for all users?

We provide a wide range of mobility solutions to meet different needs and lifestyles. From compact, foldable wheelchairs to robust, all-terrain scooters, there’s an option for every requirement. If you’re unsure which product is right for you, our team is happy to offer guidance.

Are your products suitable for outdoor use?

Suitability depends on the specific product. Please refer to the product description for details on outdoor use and terrain compatibility.

What is the maximum range of your mobility scooters and wheelchairs?

Our models currently offer ranges up to 12.5 miles (20km) on a full charge.

Can I get a demonstration or try before I buy?

At present, we don’t offer demonstrations. However, our 14-day returns policy ensures you can try your product at home risk-free. We are also working on opening stores in the South of England and launching a “You Buy It, We Build It” service, where we assemble the product at your location and let you test it before finalising your purchase.

Delivery & Orders

How long does delivery take?

Orders placed before midday (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same working day. Most products arrive the next working day, while some may take 1–3 working days depending on courier service. Delivery estimates are shown at checkout.

Can I schedule my delivery?

Yes. At checkout, you can choose a delivery date that suits you, giving you time to arrange help with unboxing and setup.

Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?

We process orders quickly, but if you need to make a change, please contact us right away. We’ll do our best to amend your order before it’s dispatched.

Protection & Aftercare

Do you offer any warranties or guarantees on your products?

Yes. All iCAN Mobility products come with a one-year manufacturer’s warranty. Please see our warranty policy for full details.

Do you provide aftercare and support for your products?

Absolutely. We offer ongoing customer support for assembly, troubleshooting, and maintenance. Our team is available by phone or email whenever you need help.

VAT Relief & Returns

What products are eligible for VAT relief?

All iCAN Mobility products are eligible for VAT relief, provided you meet HMRC’s criteria for disability or long-term illness.

How do I claim VAT relief?

Each product is sold with VAT relief included. You’ll just need to complete the VAT relief form (provided with your order) and return it within 14 days by post or by sending us a photo of the completed form.

Can I return my mobility scooter or wheelchair if I change my mind?

Yes. If you’re not fully satisfied, you can return your product within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, provided it is unused and in its original condition. See our Returns Policy for full details.
